Return policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. The costs for return from your home to the webstore are your own responsibility. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging. If the product has been damaged through use you may not return it. To exercise this right you can follow the 3 steps at the bottom of the page. We will then refund the due order amount within 14 days after registration of your return provided the product has already been received back in good order.

Exceptions to returns

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for products:

  1. For sealed products. When the seal has been broken these products cannot be returned.
  3. that have been created by the entrepreneur in accordance with the consumer’s specifications;
  5. that are clearly of a personal nature;
  7. that by their nature cannot be returned;
  9. that can quickly perish or become outdated;
  11. whose price is dependent on fluctuations in the financial market over which the entrepreneur has no control;
  13. for loose newspapers and magazines;
  15. for audio and video recordings and computer software for which the consumer has broken the seal.
  17. For damaged and/or excessively dirty products.
